Today the RomaFictionFest is the number one international event dedicated to television drama, an accomplishment that has been made possible by its artistic and productive high standards. The fourth edition will take place in Rome, from Monday July 5 to Saturday July 10, 2009.
A unique Festival in the panorama of audiovisual events, in only two years it has become an international touchstone for audiences, field pros, national and international talents alike.
The event is promoted by the Lazio Region, the Rome Chamber of Commerce, the APT (Television Producers Association). This year the Festival will be managed by the newborn Roberto Rossellini Foundation for the Development of the Audiovisual Field, chaired by President Francesco Gesualdi.
The aim is to keep growing, by augmenting turnovers, resources and skills and, above all else, through the enhancement and exportation of Italy’s best audiovisual products. To see the Lazio Region become a market landmark by creating further chances of training and professionalism.
